1. Rules and conditions for registration

To use any of the services or features available to you on this site, you must register for an account. When registering, you must provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects. If any of your registration information changes, please notify us immediately at the following mail address: webshop@gabuccistore.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

Here are some of the benefits you will be able to enjoy by registering with us for a Gabucci account:

1. Track your orders and review past purchases
2. Save your address and card information so you can shop even faster next time
3. Manage your account information, address book and email settings

To create an account, just click “REGISTER” to fill in your details. The account password you create should be unique and kept secure and you must notify Gabucci immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

If you have any problems with your account or need help with it, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. However, please note that we can only communicate with the named account holder in connection with any questions, changes or cancellations of an account.

If you forget your password, follow the instructions when you click "RESET PASSWORD" on the profile page. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email.

2. Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases on the site, you must submit your personal information. In particular, you must enter your real name, telephone number, email address and other requested information as specified. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment information that you represent and guarantee is both valid and accurate and that you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information.

The site is only available to individuals and others who meet Gabucci's eligibility requirements, who have received a valid credit/debit card from a bank that is acceptable to Gabucci, whose applications are acceptable to Gabucci and that have given Gabucci the right to process a charge or debit credit/debit card at the total purchase price of the goods they buy. Gabucci may limit the amount of an item sent to any customer or address.

By making a request to purchase goods, you expressly consent to us performing credit checks and where Gabucci considers necessary and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to transmit or obtain information (including updated information) about you to or from a third party, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports, to verify your identity, to confirm your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to approve individual purchase transactions.

You agree that we may use personal information you provide to carry out appropriate fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or anti-fraud agency, which may keep a record of that information.

3. Orders

To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/delivery address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.

All orders are accepted and available, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.

Gabucci offers products for sale that are in stock and can be delivered from our storage. However, sometimes we can wait for deliveries from our suppliers. Consequently, you may occasionally be given the opportunity to make a down payment for certain items, in which case you can make an advance. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority when stock has been delivered to Gabucci. Gabucci will only take pre-orders for inventory that has been scheduled to be delivered by the supplier. Your rights regarding advances are the same as for all other purchases at Gabucci, except particular custom orders such as customised products like Made-to-order.

Items received in stock can be distributed to meet prepayments and customers who make prepayments will receive items that are prioritised to customers on the waiting list or customers who order via the instant delivery website.

Keep in mind that we may not be able to deliver selected down payment due to production or quality issues identified when we receive an order in stock. In these circumstances we will mail you and refund the prepayment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being notified that goods have become inaccessible.

Gabucci will keep a record of your transactions for at least one year.

4. Pricing policy

The prices shown on the website are in SEK and includes VAT at the applicable tax rate if you have not selected an alternative country where VAT cannot be charged.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The SEK price for a product displayed on the site when the order is accepted will be respected, except in cases of patent errors.

Sometimes prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, deductions and other commercial factors. The price that applies to your order is the price that is applicable when your order is accepted.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in SEK, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
