Your order will be sent by mail. When your package has arrived at your local postoffice a message will be sends to you, either by e-mail or SMS to the phonenumber you provided at checkout. SMS notification is free of charge. The message contains information on where you can pick up your packege as well as a code for claiming your packege.
Depending on the postal service and where you live, delivery time may vary between about 2-7 days.

Returns and exchanges
We hope you will be satisfied with your order. If at any time are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return or exchange your merchandise.

Return Policy - If you regret your purchase
Full right of return within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. When returning a product it must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. Unused condition means that the goods, after testing is undamaged, clean and sellable as new. The exception is underwear that do not get tested, and they should always be returned unopened. Always send the product together with the receipt, invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return. When the return has been approwed, we will refund the total of the return or the full order amount. We automaticlly refund you the same way you payed. The customer pays for return shipping.

Gabucci offers 14-day right to exchange goods that are in unused condition. Send an e-mail to customer service at [email protected] or call 08-678 07 30 for help finding the right product for you. The customer pays for return shipping.

We always recommend sending back the package as traceable to facilitate the handling of your shipment. The order is under the customer's responsibility until it is safely delivered to us.

If you should find that your ordered product is faulty or in any way defect let us know within 14 days. E-mail our customer service about your complaint before sending back the return. For approved claims we will refund the total amount for the return or the full order amount and pays for return postage.

Invalid Returns
Are you unsure if you have the right to exchange or return, please contact our customer service. Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer against an advance payment of postage.

Important - the cost of uncollected packets
If you change your mind before you receive your package, you should still pick up your package and then send it back to us. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 250 for abandoned package. The reason is that it costs us a lot and takes a long time to get back packets that are not claimed.

Shopping outside of EU
Please note that orders made to destinations outside of the EU might be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges might apply. For your country's taxes and duties, please contact your country's customs office.

Accepted credit cards for payment are Visa, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Maestro and American Express. We do not charge any additional fee when using this form of payment. When you pay by card payment is handled by our payment partner DIBS to guarantee fast and safe payment. The purchase price is deducted directly on your card.

We currently accept only cards issued in Europe.

2. Invoice / Partial payment

In cooperation with Klarna Gabucci offers invoice and partial payment.

On you have the option to pay by invoice. Paying via Klarna is safe and easy. You never need to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

The payment method for those who want to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna account is more than that. Besides being able to always get your goods before you pay, collect all your purchases on an account. This applies even if you've made purchases in several different stores via Klarna Account. That means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

Reservation Force majeure
Gabucci reserves the right to cancel an order with products that have received an unfair prices or other information due to clerical error. Gabucci cannot guarantee that all photos reflect the product's exact appearance when different computers and displays have different settings, which can make the colours look different depending on where you visit We also reserve the errors beyond our control such as force majeure.

When you become a member / customer of you can choose if you want to receive offers or not from us by email. You can always log into your account and refuse future mailings.
